Back On Top: From Debilitating Herniated Discs to Fully Recovered Without Surgery

Launching My Coaching Program - The Orrow Method

Tim Doyle

In this short episode I share the launch of The Orrow Method, a transformative coaching program born from my personal journey overcoming chronic pain. Drawing from my experience healing two herniated discs, the program goes beyond pain management, focusing on the mindbody connection, storytelling, meditation, and creative expression to help individuals reframe their pain and discover their highest potential.

If you have any interest in my coaching program, I’d love to talk with you more about The Orrow Method and how I can help you get back on top.

Hey everyone, Tim Doyle here and welcome back to a special bonus episode of Back On Top. Over the past episodes, I’ve shared my journey from debilitating pain to full recovery without surgery. If you’ve been here since the beginning, you know how challenging yet transformative that process was for me.

This bonus episode is something I’m excited to share because it feels like a natural next step—not just for me, but for what Back On Top has always been about. Today, I want to talk about how this journey has evolved for me and how I’m now in a place where I can help others create their own healing stories.

Over the past few years, I’ve come to realize that my pain wasn’t just something to overcome—it was a gift. And now, I’m on a mission to help as many people as possible heal from chronic pain and see the pain they endure not as a burden, but as an opportunity for transformation.

As someone who lived through relentless, 24/7 pain from two herniated discs and came out stronger, I know the darkness, the frustration, and the helplessness that chronic pain can bring. I also know the power of turning that pain into something more—into growth, transformation, and wisdom.

This is why I’ve created The Orrow Mindbody Method—a coaching program that takes the exact framework I used to heal and packages it into a guided journey for others. On the surface this program is about recovering from pain; but on a deeper level it’s about healing, reconnecting with yourself, discovering your highest self, and realizing how much power you have within you.

In many ways, this program is the natural evolution of my own story. When I look back, I realize my healing wasn’t just about overcoming pain—it was about learning, growing, and becoming a better version of myself. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others now. I know firsthand how life-changing this work can be.

I’ve shared my journey with you through this podcast, and now I feel it’s time to take it a step further. This coaching program is my way of helping others not just hear about what’s possible but experience it for themselves.

What makes this program unique is that it’s not just focused on managing pain. It’s focused on understanding it. Chronic pain isn’t just about the physical—it’s about the connection between the mind and body. And once you reframe your pain and address the mental and emotional roots of it, you begin to release that pain from your body.

This program is about guiding you through that process. It’s built around powerful tools like storytelling, solo meditation sessions, movement, breath work, and creative expression. It’s designed to help you uncover the stressors behind your pain, rewire the way you see yourself, and take back control.

And the best part? I know this works because it’s exactly what helped me. This isn’t just another coaching program—it’s the blueprint that got me here today. That’s what makes it so personal for me. It’s my way of saying, I’ve been where you are, and I’m here to guide you through it."

If my story has resonated with you and you have any interest in the coaching program, I’d love to connect with you and talk more about The Orrow Mindbody Method and how I can help you get back on top.

This program represents the next chapter in my journey. I’ve gone from being in pain to being pain-free, and now, I’m stepping into the role of guide and coach, helping others write their own stories of healing and transformation. This feels like what I’m meant to do, and I’d be honored to help you take that first step.

Thank you all for being part of this journey with me. Your support, your messages, and your stories mean the world to me. This is just the beginning, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.
